1. Denard Token Refunds
- You are allowed to request a refund for your Denard token purchase within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refund requests can be made by contacting our customer support team with your purchase details.
- Once the refund is processed, the Denard tokens will be removed from your account.
2. Tips
- Tips given to creators are non-refundable.
- We encourage users to carefully consider their tips before finalizing the transaction.
3. Event Exchanges
- If you are dissatisfied with an event you purchased, you may exchange it for another event up to 2 times per month.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the original event purchase.
- Please note that exchanging an event will limit your ability to interact with the creator’s event.
- To exchange an event, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details and the event you wish to exchange for.
