1. Denard Token Refunds

  • You are allowed to request a refund for your Denard token purchase within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Once the refund is processed, the Denard tokens will be removed from your account.

2. Tips

  • Tips given to creators are non-refundable.
  • We encourage users to carefully consider their tips before finalizing the transaction.

3. Event Exchanges

  • If you are dissatisfied with an event you purchased, you may exchange it for another event up to 2 times per month.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the original event purchase.
  • Please note that exchanging an event will limit your ability to interact with the creator’s event.
  • To exchange an event, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details and the event you wish to exchange for.
