- Log In: Access your Soffun profile by logging into the app.
- Profile Access: Click on your profile picture to open your profile settings.
- Delete Account: Select the “Delete Account” option to proceed with the account deletion process.
Data Deletion Details:
- Deleted Data: Once you delete your account, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems except for your email address.
- Retained Data: We retain your email address at the time of deletion. This allows us to restore your account if you decide to rejoin Soffun in the future.
- Permanent Deletion of Email: If you wish to have your email address permanently deleted as well, please contact us directly at admin@soffun.live.
